Generative AI is standing out as a pivotal technology. Based on a recent NVIDIA survey of 600 global financial services professionals, 52% currently use GenAI which is up from 40% just one year ago.
NVIDIA's fifth annual State of AI in Financial Services report outlines trends, challenges and opportunities for accelerated computing, AI and machine learning in the industry. The research finds that these technologies are not only enhancing existing applications but also driving the creation of innovative services and solutions across the financial services sector. Nearly 70% report that AI increased their revenue by at least five percent, and the top generative AI use cases by ROI are trading and portfolio optimization, customer experience and engagement, document process, and report generation.
