Punchey Adds Michael Sattler, Rich Graham to Staff

Merchant payment and marketing company Punchey has hired Michael Sattler to be vice president of engineering and Rick Graham as director of demand generation.

Sattler has founded six technology companies, which serve mostly small businesses.  His companies include application service provider WebOnTap, which was acquired by Endurance International, a company that sells Internet services for small companies.

Graham’s experience includes sales and marketing positions at data recovery and backup provider AppAssure, which was acquired by Dell in 2012; and Acronis, which also provides technology backup services.

Punchey, which recently came out of private beta, distributes mobile card readers that plug into smartphones and tablets. These readers transmit card data to Punchey, which accepts and processes payments.  The company also offers a management dashboard and CRM tools.
