Ingenico Promotes Denoncourt to Canadian Operations Role

Terminal maker Ingenico Group has named Suzan Denoncourt as its managing director for all aspects of operations in Canada.

An 11-year employee of Ingenico Group, Denoncourt previously headed all sales and business development for Ingenico Group Canada. In her new role, she succeeds David Chaudhari, who held the position since 2011.

“Despite enjoying decades of strong market position in Canada, our dedicated team remains keenly focused on elevating our brand reputation which has become a cornerstone of our overall approach," Denoncourt said in a March 16 press release.

"Nurturing customer relations, growing strategic solutions and partnerships, and investing in employee engagement will remain top priorities as we work to maintain our trajectory,” she added.

With a 25-plus year career spanning business development, operations and finance, Denoncourt has dedicated the past 18 years to the payments industry. Prior to joining Ingenico, Denoncourt spent seven years as regional director at Maxwell Technology, securing strategic contracts to drive market share and support new business.

In her new role, Denoncourt will report to Oscar Bello, president of Ingenico Group North America.
