Ecopayz App Allows Consumers to Pay for Goods on the Go

Ecopayz launched a private, online application designed for travel payments.

The ecoAccount application allows consumers to buy gifts, check their balance, and send or receive funds at any time. Customers can "top up" their ecoAccount and can pay directly on businesses' websites without entering personal financial details.

The London-based Ecopayz’s new app is available in 46 currencies and can be accessed 24/7 through an iOS or Android mobile device. Earlier this year, Ecopayz unveiled the ecoVirtualcard to its portfolio of payment products.

Travel has become an active segment for payments technology, with Payfort, Wells Fargo, MasterCard and U.S. Bank  all recently enhancing technology that serves travelers.
