CardConnect has launched CoPilot, a business management tool for independent sales organizations and sales agents.
CoPilot brings every aspect of running a successful, growing ISO to each agents fingertips, Angelo Grecco, CardConnect senior vice president, said in a press release.
Users can access CoPilot from virtually any desktop or mobile device, and it provides one place to track everything in a merchant portfolio, including application processing and risk monitoring, the release said.
The product offers online application with digital signature. Merchant processing applications are available for all First Data platforms, including Omaha, Nashville, Cardnet, Memphis and North, according to the release.
It has an interactive reporting module that enables ISOs to monitor their sales offices production with the help of performance metrics. Users can also view consolidated settlements, deposits and statements for their entire merchant portfolio, regardless of which First Data platform they use.
A transparent and customizable residual reporting system eases a complicated process, the release said. Residual reporting through CoPilot provides ISOs with an easily digestible look at their monthly residuals and their agents monthly residuals, it noted.
A user-administration dashboard controls employees access. ISOs control which modules their employees can use, thus ensuring privacy and helping to organize sales teams.
CardConnect CRM targets and tracks leads before agents start a merchant application. Once an agent submits a merchant application, he or she can is can track as it flows through the approval process.
With risk monitoring, agents can view chargebacks, losses and ACH-transfer rejections.
Users access authorization data flowing through the CardConnect gateway for real-time transactional information.
Through an automated ticketing center, agents can handle merchants requests on the spot and reduce the time it takes to resolve issues.
CoPilot can be branded with an ISOs name, colors and graphics. The CardConnect Brand Center provides logos, templates, customizable sales sheets and brand guidelines.
