BBVA Compass has renewed its long-term payment services agreement with TSYS for processing consumer, commercial and small-business credit cards.

Columbus, Ga.-based TSYS will continue processing credit cards for BBVA Compass and will also continue to provide related services including card and statement production, fraud and risk management, and web and mobile service support, TSYS said in a Jan. 19 press release.

“We are very pleased to announce that we have agreed to extend our relationship with BBVA Compass, a valued TSYS client for more than 35 years,” Pam Joseph, TSYS’ president and chief operating officer, said in the release.
