Wilmington Trust Taps Fiduciary Chief

Wilmington Trust Corp. said that it had promoted Kemp C. Stickney to chief fiduciary officer in its wealth advisory services business.

Mr. Stickney has been president of Wilmington Trust FSB, Florida since 2002, the banking company said on Tuesday. He is now managing the wealth advisory services business' fiduciary services department. This includes its estate settlement group, wealth planning group, and the personal trust administration team from AST Capital Trust Co..

In his new role, Mr. Stickney will also lead the unit's business acceptance process and share oversight of the fiduciary and planning experts in Wilmington Trust's national offices with regional market leaders. He has worked at Wilmington Trust since 1998.

The company also promoted Sandra B. Fleming to president of Wilmington Trust FSB, Florida to succeed Mr. Stickney. She has worked at Wilmington Trust since 2003.

The company also announced that Victoria W. Peaper was promoted to vice president and managing director of Wilmington Trust FSB, Florida. Before joining Wilmington Trust in 2006, she had been an executive vice president and chief operating officer of Brown Brothers Harriman Trust Co. of Florida for 13 years.

Wilmington Trust has offices in 15 states, the Cayman Islands, the Channel Islands, London, Dublin, Frankfurt, Luxembourg, and Amsterdam.
