Washington Trust Bank will be one of the first banks to use Fidelity National Information Services Inc.'s new Business eBanking product, FIS announced Wednesday.
The product provides cash management services to businesses of all sizes, and it is presented through an online portal and widgetized dashboard that lets businesses view account balances and see positive pay exceptions and alerts, as well as approve payments.
The dashboard, which allows users to transact directly from it, includes a wealth account overview, mobile management and money movement and billing centers. Users can use the dashboard to select widgets to set goals and personalize their pages.
"FIS' new Business eBanking dashboard gives our commercial customers a quick and convenient view of their accounts," Cathy Hansen, vice president and director of product & strategy for the Spokane, Wash., bank, said in a press release.
The product positions FIS' "clients to connect intelligently to their customers online, through real-time alerting, mobile integration, dynamic marketing, cross-sell capabilities and hosted content capabilities," Anthony Jabbour, executive vice president of FIS Financial Solutions Group said in the release.
FIS is based in Jacksonville, Fla. It also released a revamped consumer eBanking solution in October.
