Solera National Bancorp (SLRK) in Lakewood, Colo., is looking for a new president and chief executive.
The $170 million-asset company said Tuesday that Douglas Crichfield, 61, had retired as president and CEO and that Ray Nash, a director, would fill in on an interim basis.
The company will look for a permanent successor.
Crichfield "has ably led Solera though a very difficult economic period," Ronald Montoya, the company's chairman, said in a press release. "We can understand Doug's desire to take life easier now that Solera is on solid footing. We had a great quarter and are well positioned for growth."
