Samson Banking Co. Inc. in Alabama has agreed to outsource its core processing to Goldleaf Financial Solutions Inc. of Brentwood, Tenn.
Goldleaf said Wednesday that the $43 million-asset Samson Banking would use its Retriever software, which will run in a Goldleaf data center.
The vendor said it overhauled the software this year to focus on the needs of community banks.
Samson Banking already is using Goldleaf's check imaging software, Net.Check. That product was a factor in Samson's choice to use Retriever, the vendor said.
