("Avalign") completed the acquisition ofNemcomed, Inc. ("Nemcomed"). Nemcomed is a leading designer andmanufacturer of precision machined medical implants and instrumentation fororthopedic specialties. Avalign is RoundTable's platform investment in themedical device outsourcing market and Nemcomed is the third businessacquired to create the platform.
