Texas Capital Bancshares in Dallas has named a technology executive from Total System Services to its board.
Patricia Watson joined the board of the $19 billion-asset Texas Capital on Friday. Watson has been chief information officer at TSYS, a payments processor based in Columbus, Ga., since September. She previously was CIO for Brinks Co., and she also previously worked for Bank of America, as a senior technology executive in its treasury, payments and credit area.
Watson is also a veteran of the U.S. Air Force, where she was an executive staff officer, flight commander and director of operations.
