Gateway Mortgage Group has chosen Fiserv's mortgage servicing platform to improve its ability to mitigate losses.
The Tulsa, Okla., mortgage banking company will use Fiserv's LoanServ for its servicing, the financial technology firm announced Monday. LoanServ provides a range of mortgage servicing features, including escrow, payment processing, reporting and default management.
In addition, Gateway will use LoanServ's loss-mitigation workflow program at its two Oklahoma call centers.
"LoanServ from Fiserv gives us the capability to significantly increase our servicing capacity and help us better serve our customers through the life of their loan," said Kevin Stitt, Gateway's chief executive, in the news release.
Gateway services more than $3 billion worth of mortgages in 20 states.
