MB Financial in Chicago announced leadership changes Friday.
Randy Conte, the $15.6 billion-asset bank's chief operating officer, will become chief financial officer on April 30 and remain operating chief.
The current CFO, Jill York, will be in charge of wealth management, card services, leasing and indirect lending. She will continue to oversee mergers and acquisitions.
