Jack Henry & Associates has is reshaping its enterprise content management to include a new hosted version of its Synergy ECM platform. Synergy Express, which will be made available on a software-as-a-service basis to companies both inside and outside financial services, will minimize the need for hardware (workstations with scanners) and other capital expenses for firms looking to digitally store documents images, including checks.
