Citigroup Inc. is telling its Diners Club cardholders that their cards will be reissued with a MasterCard logo in May or June.
Last week Citi starting sending the cardholders letters informing them about the logo addition, as well as information about the expanded rewards programs.
The Diners Club card will now offer roadside assistance, and its Restaurant Savings program will have 6,000 more participating restaurants, the letter said. The card will also continue to offer the Club Rewards program, which lets cardholders redeem their points for miles on many airline programs.
The letter, which tells cardholders to look for their new card in the mail, includes a new cardholder agreement.
