Green Dot (GDOT) chief financial officer John Keatley plans to resign on Sept. 1, the prepaid card company announced in a regulatory filing.

Keatley has been chief financial officer of the Pasadena, Calif.-based company since 2006. He joined the company in 2004 following a stint as a consultant at McKinsey & Co.
