Fiserv in Brookfield, Wis., has agreed to buy the community financial services business of ACI Worldwide for $200 million in cash.
Fiserv is buying assets that include digital banking and electronic payments software, including the Architect Banking product for online, mobile and tablet banking, according to a news release Wednesday.
ACI Worldwide is also selling other products, including SSB Internet Banking, WebFederal Internet Banking, Advantage Internet Banking, Advantage Consolidated Bank Bill Pay and ACI Defense Services.
