DCB Financial in Lewis Center, Ohio, has given its chief executive the added title of chairman.
Ronald Seiffert succeeded Vicki Lewis, who will remain on the board as the $542 million-asset DCB's lead independent director, according to a news release Wednesday.
Seiffert has been CEO of DCB Financial and its Delaware County Bank & Trust unit since September 2011. He previously worked for Huntington Bancshares and JPMorgan Chase. Lewis had been chairman since 2010.
