First National Community Bank in Dunmore, Pa., has selected a core banking system from Fiserv.
First National will also have access to Fiserv's DNAcreator tool, which lets banks create extensions to the system's core functions. Additionally, the bank will Fiserv software for business intelligence, its Accell payments network, its UChoose rewards program, and other services.
"The flexible, open architecture and real-time, person-centric design provided by DNA will help us deliver more personalized products and services while building long-lasting relationships with our customers," Joseph Earyes, First National's chief retail banking and operations officer, said in the news release. "Moving to the forefront of innovation in terms of our core operating system will serve to enhance FNCB's competitive position in the marketplace."
