Citizens National Bancshares of Bossier in Bossier City, La., has named an insider as its new president and chief executive.
Jason Smith, an executive vice president at subsidiary Citizens National Bank since 2008, assumed the new leadership roles earlier this month, a spokesman said Tuesday.
Smith replaced Woody Schick, who was president and CEO since 2008, according to Bloomberg. The company's chairman, Will Hubbard, was unavailable Tuesday to comment on the reason for Schick's departure.
