In an effort to simplify its mortgage process and improve compliance, BOK Financial (BOKF) in Tulsa, Okla., has chosen DocuTech's mortgage loan document software.
The $27 billion-asset company said Wednesday that it has selected DocuTech's ConformX software. The software lets companies import information from their loan origination systems into DocuTech's platform, to ensure compliance with federal and state laws and to reduce the compliance burden, it said.
The software will also reduce the amount of documentation that BOK needs to maintain. DocuTech allows its customers to generate mortgages locally, by connecting with its document library, and maintains customer information.
"DocuTech's easy-to-use platform will enable us to ensure our documents are accurate and compliant for every lending situation; we anticipate an increase in efficiency for our employees and ease of use for customers," Ben Cowen, president of BOK Financial's mortgage division, said in a news release.
