BankAtlantic Bancorp in Fort Lauderdale, Fla., has promoted Charles Mohr to president of retail banking, the latest in a string of executive appointments the company has recently announced.
Mohr has been with the $3.8 billion-asset company for 11 years, serving as president of Broward County, manager of in-field operations and, most recently, as president of its south Florida branch network.
Mohr is the third BankAtlantic manager promoted recently. Last week, the bank named Patricia Lefebvre president of its Miami-Dade market and Ken Binger president of business banking. Previously, Lefebvrerket had developed market strategies for BankAtlantic and Binger was the president of the Palm Beach county branches.
