American Capital is serving as Joint Lead Arranger andAdministrative Agent for the facilities and has funded $480 million in arevolving credit facility, first and second lien loans and junior notes atclosing. UBS is serving as Joint Lead arranger for the facilities and hasfunded $230 million in a revolving credit facility and first lien loans.Following the syndication of the first lien facilities, American Capitalwill hold the majority of the $200 million second lien facilities and $50million in junior notes.
