We're approaching the Top Teams awards differently in 2023. This year, we asked banks to nominate groups that work together, either in a unit or on a project. The teams that won represent different bank functions; what unites them is that the women on the team came together to accomplish a significant goal. At Santa Cruz County Bank, the award recognizes the executive leadership team; CEO Krista Snelling is herself an honoree this year as well. Other winners include Emprise Bank's innovation and strategy team, Fifth Third's wealth and asset management team, the media, telecommunications and technology bankers at BNP Paribas, and the consumer deposits, products and payments team at TD Bank.
