Vibe Credit Union in Michigan names new CEO

Vibe Credit Union in Novi, Michigan, has named Chaz Rzewnicki as its next president and chief executive.

The $1.2 billion-asset credit union announced that Rzewnicki, who is currently president and CEO of the $627 million-asset Dover Federal Credit Union in Dover, Delaware, will take on the new roles later this year. He succeeds Allan Kemp McMorris, who has been at Vibe’s helm since its merger with the Waterford, Michigan-based Oakland County Credit Union in 2019 and announced his plans to retire last year.

“[Rzewnicki’s] passion for providing sound financial services for our membership as well as an excellent work environment for staff makes him the right choice,” Mike Ivanics, chair of Vibe’s board, said in a press release.

The credit union recorded approximately $3.3 million in revenue in Q1 of this year, from roughly $1.6 million in 2021.
