Truity Credit Union in Bartlesville, Oklahoma, named Mark Wilburn interim president and chief executive.

Wilburn has been with the $1.1 billion-asset Truity for more than 25 years. Most recently, he has been executive vice president and chief operating officer.
"Mark Wilburn is highly regarded and equipped to handle any situation. He will be a great leader for Truity," Chairman Brent Boeve said in a press release Wednesday.
Humanidei O'Rourke, an executive recruiting firm, is assisting the Truity board in finding a candidate to fill the position permanently.
In the meantime, Wilburn said he will approach the role with enthusiasm.
"I believe in the long-term success of the credit union and plan to drive growth and innovation in the future," he said in the press release.
Founded in 1939, Truity serves 70,000 members with seven branches across Texas, Kansas and Oklahoma.
Truity earned $6.6 million in the first nine months of 2022, a 50% decrease compared with a year earlier, according to call report data from the National Credit Union Administration.
