SCRANTON, Penn. – Tobyhanna FCU has rolled out a “Divorce Your Bank” campaign, the latest credit union capitalizing on the anti-bank fervor.
The $155-million credit union is incorporating radio, Facebook, billboards, website and a specially-designed “Divorce Your Bank – Easy Switch Kit” booklet to encourage bank customers to switch over.
The credit union plans on incorporating an internal and external debit card usage promotion into this campaign. The promotion will be set up to encourage debit card opening and usage throughout the holiday months.
