MILLVILLE, N.J. – Thunderbolt Area FCU said last week they have agreed to acquire TD Banknorth’s branch located at the main entrance to Millville Airport.
The $12 million credit union plans to close the sale at the end of November and begin operations in the first quarter of 2009 for all teller operations.
Thunderbolt Area was chartered in 1951 as Airwork Employees FCU and now serves about 20 select employee groups in Millville and surrounding areas.
