Picatinny FCU Promotes VP to CEO

ROCKAWAY, N.J. – Picatinny FCU, a $200 million former defense credit union, on Friday said it has hired Bill Darling as its new president and CEO.

Darling was hired by the credit union in 2001 as service manager. He also has worked at Sovereign Bank and the Bank of New York.

The 69-year-old credit union was chartered to serve the Picatinny Arsenal in Dover, and has since converted to a community charter serving Morris County, N.J.
