One-Time Teller Makes It All The Way To The Corner Office

VINELAND, N. J. – Bay Atlantic FCU said today that Gail Marino, its vice president who began her career at the credit union 24 years ago as a teller, is being promoted to CEO of the $50 million credit union.

Marino has served in numerous positions, including loan officer, collection officer, member service supervisor, branch manager. bank secrecy officer, and most recently as vice president of business development.

She will succeed Carol Muessig, who is retiring as CEO in January.

As vice president, Marino was instrumental in expanding Bay Atlantic’s field of membership into Millville and initiated youth programs such as Money U, an interactive online financial literacy course, and organized the first Reality Fair at Pineland Learning Center.
