Neighbors Federal Credit Union in Baton Rouge, La., has named three new senior vice presidents.
The CU said on Wednesday that it had appointed Brandi Cummins as senior vice president of member experience, Jodi Korner as senior vice president of lending and Tanya Lawrence as senior vice president of strategic solutions.
“We are very excited to add these incredibly talented professionals to our senior management team,” Neighbors President and CEO Steve Webb said in a statement. “Their body of work speaks for itself and needless to say, their promotions were well-earned.”
Cummins first joined Neighbors in 2015 as vice president of sales and has expanded the CU’s mascot program from one school to 15. In addition to her work with the mascot program, Cummins launched the member experience team and also created the CU’s integrity service training model.
Prior to her time at Neighbors, Cummins worked at Enterprise Car Sales as a group business development manager.
“I am honored to fulfill this role at Neighbors, where integrity and servant leadership remain critical building blocks that impact all we do,” Cummins said in a release. “The credit union’s mission of providing our members a ‘best in class’ service experience throughout their entire financial journey, is the catalyst that drives every decision we make.”
First joining the credit union in January 1994 as a teller, Lawrence has worked various front-end and managerial positions at the credit union. She serves on the payments advisory council and instant issue client advisory board at the CU and oversees payments, digital services and other relevant core technologies.
Lawrence also works on different Fiserv committees.
Korner joined the credit union over 28 years as a teller and has since served in a variety of supervisory and administrative roles. She was the catalyst behind the CU’s construction loans and purchase power mortgage program.
Korner worked as a branch manager at the Louisiana Savings Association prior to her time at Neighbors.
