Louisiana FCU Branch Is Robbed

- LA PLACE, Louisiana (08/22/02) A branch ofLouisiana Federal Credit Union here was robbed on Tuesday morning.The robber, who remains at large, entered the credit union at 10 inthe morning and handed a teller a note claiming he had a weapon anddemanding money. Approximately 15 employees and three members wereon hand. After getting the money, the robber ran out the front doorand fled behind the CU. The credit union surveillance camerascaught the robbery on tape, bank officials said.
