Heritage Trust Federal Credit Union in Summerville, S.C., has named Jason S. Lee as its new president and chief operating officer.
Lee will eventually take over as CEO when Heritage Trust’s current leader, Jim McDaniel, retires.
Lee has served as executive vice president at Memphis, Tenn.-based Orion Federal Credit Union since 2010.
McDaniel has worked at the $641 million-asset Heritage Trust for the past 22 years.

Lee has experience guiding retail operations, lending, electronic services, legal counsel, accounting and finance and more during his time at Orion.
