FIGFCU Offers Wireless Access To Member Accounts

Farmers Insurance Group FCU is joining an elite group of credit unions that provide wireless financial services to members by offering worldwide access to wireless Internet banking through a partnership between the $400-million, 30,000-member CU, Harland Financial Solutions and Sens-Com Inc. The wireless access will be added to FIGFCU's Internet home banking service, PC-TIED, and features the ability to pay bills, review account balances and account history, transfer funds, and make loan payments. Members will be able to access account information from a WAP-enabled (wireless application protocol) cell phone as well as personal digital assistants such as Palm VII or any Microsoft Windows CE enabled device.
