Shay Santos, interim CEO at Dane County Credit Union in Madison, Wis., has been appointed full-time president and CEO of the $200 million-asset institution.

Santos, who has worked at DCCU for 28 years, has been involved in many areas within the credit union, including accounting, information systems, and finance, among others.
“My focus is to build on the successes of the past, and to lead our organization through continued process improvement and member engagement,” he said in a statement.
Santos holds a degree in economics from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and a Master of Business Administration from Edgewood College in Madison.
DCCU posted net income of $78,000 in the first half of 2018, after recording net income of $754,000 in 2017.
