DALLAS–CU Members Mortgage and Avista Solutions have entered into a partnership to offer what they said is an all-in-one mortgage origination software for CUs.
The web-based platform provides “a smarter, faster and better way for our wholesale correspondent credit union partners to originate mortgage loans,” according to Randy Shannon, business development manager at CU Members Mortgage.
The platform, called SMARTSuite, includes a new pricing engine, an upgraded B2B platform and Avista’s ImageFlow solution that gives credit unions with the ability to submit electronic loan files for underwriting review and streamlines the closing document process. The new system also includes a redesigned consumer direct website that gives members loan pre-approvals, initial disclosures and loan status in just minutes.
