Changing Seasons Federal Credit Union welcomes new CEO

Rob Picard is taking over as president and CEO at Changing Seasons Federal Credit Union in Hampden, Maine.

He replaces Sue Cross, who spent 33 years with the $23 million-asset credit union and has plans to retire, according to a press release on Friday.

“I am excited for this incredible opportunity to lead a progressive and strong credit union with my new teammates,” Picard said in the release. “We will work collectively in unison to provide exceptional handcrafted service to each member, every time!”

Picard has over 12 years in banking and finance, with previous experience at Franklin-Somerset Federal Credit Union where he led the member services and lending development division.

He also had managerial roles at Bank of America, TD Bank and Ameriprise Financial.
