CEO Retires At Maine’s NorState FCU

MADAWAKSA, Maine – NorState FCU said David Rossignol retired July 1, 15 years and one month to the day after being hired as president and CEO of the now $156-million credit union.

Rossignol began his credit union career on June 1, 1998, when he replaced Harold Violette, the retiring CEO.

He is being succeeded by Susan Whitehead, NorState’s executive vice president, who has worked at the credit union for 25 years.
