Best Credit Unions to Work For with more than $1B of assets in 2024

Among the 30 honorees that make up the largest asset class in this year's Best Credit Unions to Work For, top executives have led their organizations for 12.3 years on average. This is in addition to 83% of credit unions employing formal programs for actively recruiting and retaining a diverse set of staff.

Noteworthy statistics throughout this grouping include 63% of companies offering workplace facilities for exercise and fitness, 97% running wellness campaigns and 97% reimbursing costs for staff members pursuing an advanced or post-graduate degree.
