Three Powerful American Banker Channels: Print, Web and Mobile

Starting today, American Banker is delivering our time-tested news and analysis in brand new ways in our newspaper, on our website and on the go.

The newspaper in your hands has been redesigned to make it an even more valuable tool. In addition to sharpening up our look (we've even updated our nameplate), we've added an expanded Daily Briefings section to Page One to provide busy readers with a quick synopsis of the industry's biggest breaking and developing stories. Inside, we've made pages more flexible to deliver more in-depth coverage of the stories that matter most to banking's decision-makers — and to provide useful pointers to additional content that's available online.

AmericanBanker.com has undergone a complete overhaul, incorporating a more user-friendly interface and a new range of features. We've reorganized the site into communities focused on the topics that matter the most to our readers. They include Risk Management, M&A, Regulation & Reform, Community Banking, Consumer Finance and Bank Technology. And we've beefed up our BankThink opinions page, expanding our stable of authoritative writers and enabling you and your peers to comment more easily.

Harnessing a broad range of perspectives is central to the mission of our new topic pages too. Each is designed to provide an online meeting place for a community of bankers with similar interests — but often varying opinions. Visitors will find the tools to quickly leave comments and questions for our staff and to become part of the American Banker dialogue. Improved multimedia capabilities let us deliver an expanded menu of video and slideshows to provide relevant content in a quick and engaging format.

The new American Banker is more mobile than ever as well. Visitors to our website can sign up for customized news alerts that we will deliver directly to desktops and mobile devices. Meanwhile, starting later this month, we'll debut our new iPad app, providing still more immediacy and ease of use to a professional community whose industry changes every day.

As the banking world evolves, we're confident the new American Banker will deliver the news and perspective you need when and where you want it.
